Bio

Jamie Bartok joins the Cardinals as assistant volleyball coach ahead of the 2026-27 season. Jamie is originally from Sedro-Woolley, Washington. She was a three-year starting libero at Whitman College, where she majored in Psychology. Serving as team captain for two-and-a-half seasons, she recorded over 1,000 career digs and was honored with the Unsung Hero Award for her leadership, work ethic, and dedication to team success. Jamie also helped lead Whitman to its highest national ranking in the past 20 years.

In addition to her playing career, she brings seven years of coaching experience, having worked with athletes at Washington Volleyball Academy, Pono Academy, and through private lessons. Jamie is deeply passionate about helping athletes develop their skills, build confidence, and cultivate a lifelong love for the game—both on and off the court. She plans to pursue a master’s degree in Sport Psychology to further combine her love of athletics with mental performance training, supporting the next generation of athletes.
