YUMA, Ariz. — Kanon Ozaki scored two goals and assisted on another for the Matadors in a win over the Cardinals at the Matador Soccer Field. 

NIC opened the season with a 2-0 setback at Eastern Arizona on Friday. 

Arizona Western (2-0) is ranked No. 2 in the NJCAA poll. 

NIC travels to NAIA Montana State-Billings on Wednesday.
