Born and raised in Spokane, WA, Dr. Dylan Lemery brings a lifelong passion for athletics and performance to North Idaho College. A former collegiate wrestler at the University of Great Falls, Dylan continued his dedication to grappling sports by transitioning into strength and conditioning coaching.

He holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, with years of experience working with elite combat athletes. His career has included coaching Olympic wrestlers, UFC athletes, collegiate competitors, and over 30 professional athletes across various combat sports.

With a philosophy built on relentless consistency, Dylan is committed to elevating the historic North Idaho College wrestling program and developing athletes to reach their highest potential both on and off the mat.
