COEUR d'ALENE — The Cardinals shot 13 of 46 from the field, falling to the 21st-ranked (NJCAA) Bruins in a Scenic West Athletic Conference game at Rolly Williams Court.
Sophomore Summer Faleafa had 12 points and six rebounds for NIC (7-11, 2-4 SWAC), which hosts Colorado Northwestern on Saturday.
Lyla Kahrimanovic scored 22 points for Salt Lake (15-6, 4-2), which face College of Southern Idaho on Saturday in Twin Falls.
