MEN'S GOLF: Cardinals finish 3rd at NWAC Committee Tournament

The final round of the NWAC Committee Tournament hosted at Apple Tree G.C. concluded yesterday with the men finishing in third place out of nine teams.  Windy conditions made for tough scoring the first day, where no one in the field was able to break par.  Sean Langham led the team the first round with a solid score of 74. The Cardinals stood 10 shots back after the first round.  The wind died down for the final round and made for easy scoring conditions however the Cardinals were not able to post enough rounds under par to make a comeback. Freshman Jesse Henderson had the low final round of 70 and the Cardinals finished in third, 13 shots behind Bellevue College.  Sean Langham had the best individual finish of individual 4th place, both Todd Henderson and Jesse Henderson tied for 5th.

The men head to Seattle this next weekend for the Highline Invitational which is their last event of the fall.
